Ira, 71, and I worked together many years ago when I was a trainer at a commercial gym. After all these years we have kept in touch and have been training together once a week. After recovering from an appendectomy Ira decided it was time to Bounce Back.

Jen is absolutely amazing! Before Bounce Back she was nervous and skeptical about the gym and exercising. It was intimidating for her. We created exercises that challenged Jen, but she was still able to experience success. She learned there is not a one-size-fits all to exercise. We are all at different ability levels. After multiple sessions Jen had learned a good balance for her and continues to exercise on her own time as well!! A complete shift in mindset and attitude leading to growth. So P
Sorin, 36, chose to Bounce Back after a serious health scare had him in the hospital for quite some time. His main goals are to become more functional in his movements, reduce joint pain and to lose weight. We have focused a tremendous amount on balance, stabilization and short circuits to increase his heart rate. The progress Sorin has made is remarkable.
